General terms and conditions

These terms apply to all contracts concluded between Cantelo and the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1. Services
Cantelo produces a website within the scope described in the offer. The scope of the basic service at 990 francs is set out on this website under «What you get». Add-on services are provided only where expressly agreed.
2. The client's cooperation
The client provides the content required for the website, in particular photographs, business details and contact data, and confirms being entitled to use them. The period of seven working days begins once all the required content is available.
3. Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. A round of revisions means one consolidated set of feedback on the draft submitted. Each further round is charged at 90 francs.
4. Acceptance and payment
The invoice is issued after the website goes live and is payable within 30 days. If the client raises no objection within ten days of going live, the service is deemed accepted.
5. Domain and hosting
The domain is registered in the client's name. The first year of the .ch domain is included in the price. Thereafter the registrar's fees apply, which are covered within a maintenance plan.
6. Maintenance
Maintenance plans run for twelve months and renew automatically for twelve months at a time. They may be cancelled up to one month before the end of the term.
The number of small changes included depends on the plan chosen. Unused changes expire at the end of the month and are not carried over. Small changes means adjustments to text, photographs, prices, opening hours and contact details, as well as adding a review. New pages, new sections, new features and redesigns do not count as small changes.
7. Termination
On termination of the maintenance relationship the client receives all files of the website in usable form. The domain remains with the client.
8. Rights in the content
Once payment has been made in full, the rights of use in the website produced pass to the client. Cantelo remains entitled to name the project as a reference unless the client objects.
9. Liability
Cantelo is liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Any further liability, in particular for lost profit or indirect damage, is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Applicable law
The contractual relationship is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is [INSERT PLACE OF JURISDICTION].
